Important Details on Deposits, Payments, and Cancellation Terms
A 30% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm the tour, full payment is due 30 days before travel. If you must cancel your trip, your deposit will be retained by Southeast Asia Journeys but additional payments will be returned, less a cancellation fee per schedule noted here.
If written notice of cancellation is received by us 60 – 30 days prior to departure, the fee per person is 50% of the trip cost, 30 – 14 days is 80% of trip cost and within 14 days, 100% of trip cost. Trip “no-shows” will receive no refund.
If you have not yet made your final payment, all cancellation fees will be billed to you. No partial credits or refunds will be given for unused services. Trip cancellation and interruption insurance is highly recommended.

Can You Provide A Price Breakdown?
We do not give price breakdowns. Our contracts with our hotel partners stipulate that we may not disclose our pricing. Additionally, we have found that in almost all cases, cost breakdowns would not help our clients choose better value options or better vacations overall.
As we view it, our mission is to pay attention to every detail and provide our clients with their dream holiday at the greatest possible price. The tourists’ task is to consider their whole vacation and choose whether our proposal will give the vacation they desire at a price they can afford.
The best approach for us to assist visitors in making the correct selections is to provide them with the most accurate descriptions of the experience possible and a clear explanation of what is and is not included in the fee. Unfortunately, a thorough analysis diverts attention away from the overall experience’s quality.
We realize that we may accidentally overcharge from time to time. Please let us know if the price we’ve quoted appears high. The original quotation will be rechecked by someone other than the person who produced it. If there is an error, we will correct it. (We have also been known to leave out costs that should have been included by mistake.) We will not charge you if we find this after the initial payment.) We are also aware that the quotation may be greater than you are willing to pay. Please let us know if this is the case, and we will provide a more economical schedule if possible. We will notify you if we discover that you may obtain cheaper airfare or hotel price by booking a specific property or flight on your own.
