We reserve the right to amend tour offerings and pricing at any time. We also maintain the right to decline any booking you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities booked per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may encompass bookings made by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or bookings that utilize the same billing and/or contact address. In the event that we alter or cancel a booking, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made.

Accuracy of Information

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may pertain to availability, promotions, and offers. Even if SouthEastAsiaJourneys has been advised of the possibility of damages or could have foreseen damages, the company accepts no liability under any legal theory, including but not limited to negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of SouthEastAsiaJourneys and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors related to tour services will be limited to an amount no greater than the cash amount paid to SouthEastAsiaJourneys for services in the month prior to the event or occurrence giving rise to the liability.

The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully account for any losses or fails in its essential purpose. They serve to limit SouthEastAsiaJourneys’ liability.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from tour bookings, this agreement, or related matters shall be governed by the laws of  Cambodia without regard to conflict of law provisions. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be with the state and federal courts located in Cambodia. Customers agree to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive their right to a jury trial for any proceedings related to bookings or this agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Changes and Amendments

SouthEastAsiaJourneys reserves the right to modify this agreement, policies, or terms related to tour services at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes by customers.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a tour or using our services, customers acknowledge they have read and agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our tour services.

Insurance

Travel insurance is included with all tour packages offered. Customers are insured during transport and activities arranged through SouthEastAsiaJourneys.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may request a full refund when cancelling 48 hours or more prior to the tour departure date. Within 48 hours of departure, payments are non-refundable as operational costs have already been incurred.

For group reservations, deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 2 weeks before departure. No-shows on the day of departure are also non-refundable.
