Day Trip to Kampong Phluk Floating Village
- 8:00 AM – Get picked up from your hotel
- Visit Rolous Market on the way
- See the vegetables, fish, and other things local people sell
- Learn about where the stuff comes from
- Check out an old bridge over the Rolous River
- The bridge was built when the French were in charge of Cambodia
- Ride a boat down the river to Kampong Phluk floating village
- See how people live in houses on boats or tall sticks (stilts)
- Look at the schools, fish farms, and the special temple (pagoda) on an island
- Do fun activities in Kampong Phluk
- Go canoeing if it’s the rainy season and there’s a lot of water
- Try fishing or walk around and explore the village
- Choose your lunch option
- Eat at your hotel or find a tasty restaurant in town with yummy Cambodian food
- 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM – Get dropped off back at your hotel with great memories and photos!
