5:30–7:30 pm

Main Event Entry

Doors open to the main show—find your seats for an evening of spectacular entertainment.

8:00–9:00 pm

Pickup and Drop Off
- If you have not booked transportation, please arrive at the Ticket Window at least 30 minutes before the showtime to avoid delays.
- If you booked transportation with us, please be ready in your hotel lobby at 7:15 pm for pickup.

- If you haven’t booked transportation with us, tuk-tuk drivers are accessible at Phare’s entrance. However, we encourage scheduling ahead of time for a smoother experience.
- If you booked transportation with us, we will drop you off at your hotel lobby about 9:30-9:45pm.

Section A: Preferred Reserved Seating
Adult (age 12+): US$38 / Children (age 5 – 11) : $18 / Infants (age 4 and less) empty fee without assigned seat
Section A consists of special seating in the front half of the middle seating arrangement and a chilled water refillable Phare sports water bottle from the Phare Boutique. (Gift not available with free or infant passes)
Section B preference for open seating
Adult (age 12+): US$28 / Children (age 5 – 11) : US$15 / Infants (age 4 and below) empty fee without assigned seat
Open seating in the rear half of the central seating section falls under Section B.
GENERAL OPEN SEATING (Part C)
Adult (age 12+): US$18 / Children (age 5 – 11) : US$10 / Infants (age 4 and below) without payment and without assigned seatOpen seating in the two side sections.
NOTE: Subtitle screens and support poles partially block several areas of Section C.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. Late entries cannot be accommodated once the performance begins.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Full refunds for cancellations made with at least 5 days notice.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 5 days or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
- Amendments: Changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
