Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour with Angkor Thom
At 4:30 AM, you will be picked up from your hotel for the incredible sunrise experience at Angkor Wat. Our guide will show you the best spots to photograph the sun setting behind the temple. After sunrise, we will return you to the hotel for breakfast.
After enjoying the delicious breakfast at the hotel, your guide and driver will return you to Angkor Wat also known as the Mother Temple.
This 7th well-known temple is thought to be the largest religious structure in the world. This temple is a work of art in terms of symbolism and symmetry, and it is a source of great pride for all Khmers. We begin by unraveling the mysteries of the bas-reliefs depicting Hindu mythology and Khmer empire glory.
We then proceed your journey to the enigmatic and enchanting temple of Bayon. We can avoid the crowds and see the temple at its quietest if we start our tour here. This temple, located in the heart of Angkor Thom, is a quirky expression of Cambodia’s most celebrated king’s creative genius and inflated ego. Its 54 towers are topped with the four faces of Avalokiteshvara (Buddha of Compassion), who bears a striking resemblance to the king himself.
We will return you to your hotel so that you can spend the rest of your day at leisure.

The dry season, which lasts from November to March, is the most popular time to visit Angkor Wat. These days are cooler and dryer, but they are also the busiest, so expect crowds. Despite the fact that these are technically “winter” months, weather conditions are still quite warm.
